Fixed prices, published

Each one fixed in scope, time and price. Everything else is quoted after the first call.

  • A tender draft marked up in red: five notes in the margin and the fix list in the order it moves the score.

    Live Bid Review

    $2,500

Fixed price · 5 business days

    50% deposit, balance on delivery

Your draft marked against every criterion and its weighting, the fixes listed in the order they move the score, and a check that the price and the commitments are ones you can carry. Then a 45-minute walkthrough, and a second look at the revised draft before it goes in.

For: A submission due in the next two to three weeks, on a contract worth $200k or more.

  • The cover of a panel application, its six sections ticked and a red Lodged stamp across the corner.

    Panel & Pre-qualification Application

    $4,500 to $6,500

    Fixed price · 3 weeks

50% deposit on acceptance, balance on lodgement

Multi-criteria panels and standing offer arrangements, such as Local Buy, council panels and Department of Education: we prepare and lodge the whole application. Getting on does not guarantee the work. Not getting on guarantees none of it.

For: Panel work that keeps going to competitors who are no better.

  • Page one of a monthly bid function report: the bid and no-bid log, what was lodged, and what is coming up.

    Bid Function Retainer

    $3,000 to $5,000

    A month · Minimum 6 months

    Monthly in advance, 7-day terms

    • $3,000 one submission a month
    • $4,000 two submissions a month
    • $5,000 three submissions a month

We are your bid function: portal monitoring, bid/no-bid, every submission, and a response library that improves with each bid.

For: Bidding most months, without the budget for a $120k to $150k bid manager.

Fees for a Bid Check or Live Bid Review in the month before you start are credited to the first month.

Smaller steps, also fixed

  • Bid Check

    $950

Fixed price · 2 business days

Paid on booking, credited in full to a Live Bid Review

Your draft checked for compliance and mandatory documents, each criterion mapped to its weighting, and the five biggest risks to your score. If you book a Live Bid Review on the same tender within 7 days, the $950 comes off it.

For: A tender you mean to write yourself, before you write the wrong thing well.

  • Prequalification Registration

    $1,950

    Per platform · 2 weeks

50% deposit, balance on approval of the submission

One supplier platform or scheme completed for you: Cm3, Avetta, Rapid Global, a council or builder supplier portal, or VendorPanel. Your safety, quality and insurance documents put in the shape it asks for, and the profile submitted.

For: Subcontractors and suppliers who keep being told to get prequalified first.

Bid,or no-bid?

Free, twenty minutes

Send us a live tender. We tell you straight whether to bid it, and what it would take to win.

Send us the tender

Be the obvious choice

Most buyers have a shortlist before they call anyone. This puts you on it.

Strategy & advisory

Advised

Go-to-market, pricing, growth planning and part-time sales leadership. Decisions with the reasoning attached.

Sounds familiar?

  • Growth has stalled and the reason is not obvious.

Brand & design

Built

Identity, brand system, and the documents a buyer holds when they decide: capability statements and proposals.

Sounds familiar?

  • You look smaller on paper than you are in the room.

Web design & development

Built

Sites built to bring in the right enquiries and feed them into the business. Measured on leads, not awards.

Sounds familiar?

  • The website exists, and no work has ever come from it.

Win the work

The pipeline, the tenders most businesses never bid for, and the grants most never apply for.

Revenue operations

Built and advised

The pipeline, reporting and forecasting behind your sales, and the CRM (HubSpot included) that makes them real.

Sounds familiar?

  • Nobody can say what is in the pipeline without asking three people.

Tenders & bid writing

Advised and written

Readiness first, because most businesses fail the checklist rather than the writing. Then the bid.

Sounds familiar?

  • You see contracts go to competitors who are no better than you.

Priced above: a review, an application, or the retainer.

Grant applications

Written, with you

For schools, P&Cs, clubs and community groups. Eligibility checked first, then the application, the budget and the acquittal.

Sounds familiar?

  • A grant round opened and closed before anyone had time to apply.

The grant rounds worth planning for, by closing date.

Make more on it

Margin without the owner in every decision, and the numbers in time to act.

Business analysis

Advised, then built where it needs to be

Map how the business runs, find the bottlenecks, and redesign the work so it moves without you. Process first, tools second.

Sounds familiar?

  • You are the only one who knows how the whole thing fits together.

Automation & integration

Built

Connect the tools you already pay for and end the re-keying between them. Where a step needs judgement rather than a rule we use AI, and tell you exactly which steps and what happens when one gets it wrong.

Sounds familiar?

  • Someone spends part of every day copying data from one system into another.

Custom tools & reporting

Built

Quoting calculators, job costing and dashboards: margin by job, service line and customer, early enough to act.

Sounds familiar?

  • You know revenue, but not which work actually makes money.

We don’t publish a win rate. Nobody who does will tell you the denominator.

Instead, the work before you buy: fixed prices, published above, and a sample report on request.

Terms, stated plainly

True of every engagement. The full engagement terms are short too.

  • 7-day payment terms

Invoices are due within seven days.

  • 50% deposit on acceptance

The balance on delivery, or on lodgement for an application.

  • No success fees, ever

The price is the price. A fee tied to the outcome would give us a reason to tell you to bid things you should not.

  • One client per tender

Once you engage us on a tender, we take no one else on it: no competing bidder, and no subcontractor pricing into a competing bid. Your pricing, documents and approach are never seen by another client.

None of this is regulated advice: we are not tax agents or auditors, and give no financial product, investment, legal or insolvency advice. Part of the job is saying when a question belongs to your accountant or your lawyer.
